There are so many ways to use essential oils! Because essential oils are highly concentrated, we recommend diluting them in a carrier product like skin care oil, water, unscented lotion, or unscented liquid soap.
QUICK TIP: Blend 48 drops with 4 fl oz unscented liquid soap for an uplifting body wash.
CHEERING ROOM SPRAY:
-24 drops sweet orange
2 fl oz water
Combine in a mist bottle, shake well and spray in airspace.
