Wonderful gelatin powder
I have been drinking a gelatin powder "beverage" every morning for over 25 years. Knox gelatin envelopes was the first... it has absolutely halted the progression (didn't reverse the damage) of arthritis in my finger joints. My body was very lacking this protein so it took 4 months to make any difference. The side effects are: much nicer hair and nails. So much better than prescriptions! This product is much less expensive than the single serve envelopes and is free flowing without clumps. I sometimes use it in cooking, like when I make a large gelatin salad with plenty of fruit, it helps firm up the set; or I add it last minute to my jams (after the pectin) to be sure that they set up well. I love this product; put it in a smaller container for the kitchen shelf and leave the huge container in the pantry until I need to refill the small container. One 4 lb. container lasts 4 months for a morning beverage each for me and my husband.

NOW Beef gelatin
I have been using this for 8 months and no joint issues. Also a good nights sleep due to the rise in growth hormone. Allows me to lift weights 4 days per week at age 59 !!
