Manufacturer's Directions
Mix one scoop with 8-10 fl. oz. of cold water, and take 30 minutes before your workout. To assess tolerance, start with a 1/2 scoop before your workout, and increase according to your tolerance. Do not exceed one scoop in a 24 hour period.
