(Adult) For daily maintenance as an addition to your reduced calorie diet and exercise plan, take six (6) Liquid Soft-Gels per day in divided doses, with meals and a full glass (8oz) of water. Do not take more than three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels in one dose and do not exceed six (6) Liquid Soft-Gels in one day.
