Bleeding gums may mean gingivitis. You should see your dentist. Also try adding this toothpaste to your daily regimen. It contains therapeutic levels of aloe vera to help prevent, control and reduce bleeding gums, and it works to whiten teeth and freshen breath.

Inactive ingredients: Cellulose gum, cocamidopropyl betaine, Commiphora myrrha extract, hydrated silica, natural flavors, Salvia officinalis oil, sorbitol, stevioside, titanium dioxide, water, xylitol, zinc citrate.
Contains ingredients derived from cinnamon.
Manufacturer's Directions
-For adults and children 12 years of age and over, brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as recommended by a dentist or physician
-For children 6 to under 12 years or younger, supervise use
-Not intended for children under 6 years of age

Stop use and ask a dentist if:
-gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than 2 weeks.
-you have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth, or increasing spacing between the teeth. These may signs of symptoms of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease.
Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact Poison Control Center right away.
Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Close cap tightly after use. Store in cool place.
