Worked well. But first I had to get my a1c back to norm. Read below on my success.
I take this twice a day. And 750mg time release metoformin at night. With this I'm off the insulin but, i try my best to eat healthy do my daily walking and i still have cheat days. My daily glucose level is normal, and the highest being 148 maybe once within a 3 month period of me adjusting my diabetic meds. Truly worked for me but with a change in eating habits and with walking and first with taking 3 diabetic meds for a year januvia 50 metoformin 750 and insulin 35units got my a1c from 11 to a 5.8. I got scared of getting a body part amputated so i started taking those 3 meds then this year i changed my eating habbits after i found out that just by eating in a discipline healther way ive lost 40lbs from march to july i decided i didnt want the insulin or the januvia or the metoformin so i began to exercise and now i only need the kal and the 750mg. Yes recommend this but first i had to take my 3 meds after i got my a1c under control i then adjusted the formula.
