ご使用方法
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule with water every 20-60 minutes, during physical activity, for up to fifteen (15) capsules daily. If so desired, capsule contents may be fully dissolved in liquid to create a custom caffeinated electrolyte beverage.
