Beautiful plant beautiful anti viral results
For those of us who are fortunate to not have allergies to plant varieties of Echinacea, (in dry form), we can get its anti-viral protection at a lower price than that of liquid tincture. From Fall 2020 thru present, I took this supplement daily, taking at least 4 and often 9 caps per day, as directed. I can't say if it, alone, is what kept me free of colds, flu and Covid-19 and variants - but as far as I can tell - I have been well. Echinacea purpurea, (especially good is organic), is the plant that I was told (by sources with cred, I believe), that's most effective anti-viral (dry or drops). Echinacea supplements usually contain either or both of "purpurea" and "augustifolia." E. purpurea, (all parts of plant), is best choice, according to herbalists and nutritional consultants. For a more powerful boost to one's immune response, one can pair drops of tincture and 2 to 3 caps of dry herb, 2 to 3 times per day, I did that when I knew I'd have a lot of exposure to more than my household, and pre-holiday visiting. Highly recommended for those non-allergic to dry plant.
