Our Bright and Peppery Olive Oil blend is made with olives harvested early in the season in the mountainous natural park areas of Andalusia, Spain. Antioxidants are preserved in early harvested organic olives and blended to yield a fresh ail with peppery finish, ideal for daily cooking, sauteing, drizzling and blending into a dressing or marinade.
