Diabetes and Fructose sugar
I am diabetic and I hate all fake sugars. When I was diagnosed some 28 years ago, I hunted for something to solve my need for sugar in my coffee/tea and the occasional baked goods. Eventually I learned that Fructose does not cause blood sugar to increase! Found it at our food co-op, but it has gotten more and more expensive over the years. I was thrilled to find it at All Star Health. I shared my last bag with my sister. It is an excellent replacement.

Love the purity!
Our grocery stores stopped carrying this, and I had doubts about the purity of their product as 100% fruit sugar anyways. My wife and I are ecstatic with finding this product at All Star and are making this our new company for many supplements!

Best natural substitude to sugar
I use fructose for about 20 years for cooking, baking, making ice cream and sorbets.
Some people afraid of fructose because theyve heard lots bad things about high fructose syrup. Pure crystalline fructose and HFCS are NOT the same.
Fructose IS a healthy replacement of sugar.
It has a very Low Glycemic Index of 20 glucose GI is 100. Therefore, it does not cause a significant elevation of blood sugar, as well as hyper insulin secretion.
Fructose is a smart choice for preventing obesity and diabetes.

Good sugar substitute
My husband and I are diabetics with a pronounced problem with cane and beet sugars. Most doctors have told us that our bodies digest fructose more slowly than conventional sugars so I use this in baking...cookies, cakes, muffins, etc. I really like the quality of this brand and have ordered it again.
