Better than "Natural" brand
This one I actually could feel a soothing sense as compared to others... I know 5HTP helps, but to actually feel a difference in the here and now is comforting.

Helps with sleep
It was suggested to me by a naturopath for my "busy mind" to try 1 an hour before bed and then 1 at bedtime. Works really well, not groggy in the morning.
