Manufacturer's Directions
(Adult) Take three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels in the morning prior to breakfast and three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels in the evening prior to bedtime. Drink a full glass (8oz) of water with each serving. If stools are loose, reduce the number of Liquid Soft-Gels in the morning and evening. Maintain optimal water intake throughout the usage of this product. Do not use this product for longer than 10 days without taking a break.
