ご使用方法
Dissolve one sachet in 6-8oz of water or your favorite beverage. Do not exceed 1 sachet in a 24 hour period.
Cognitive function: Take one sachet daily on an empty stomach. For optimal results, take in the morning.
Sexual health: Take one sached 1/2 hour before sexual activity. Good for men and women.
Exercise/fitness: Take one sachet 1/2 hour prior to workouts or competition.

Do not take if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking a prescription MAO inhibitor or nifedipine. Do not take concurrently with organic nitrates or sildenafil citrate (Viagra) as arginine may potentiate the effects of the drug. People taking potassium sparing diuretics should not use supplemental arginine unless they are under professional supervision. Those with renal or hepatic failure should exercise caution in the use of supplemental L-arginine. Do not take this product or any supplemental ginseng if you have high blood pressure. Because of its blood-thinning effects, ginseng should not be combined with anticoagulant drugs such as Coumadin. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for people under 18.
