ご使用方法
Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with at least 10-12oz of water and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Children (6-12 years): Half the adult dosage.

Suggested use for better results: Add fiber to your daily cleansing regime with our Every Day Fiber or Original Colon Cleanse.
