Cocus Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glyceryl Stearate, Beeswax, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E).

Manufacturer's Directions
Apply directly to skin or chamois pad to protect skin and help prevent chafing. Rub excess into skin. Solid balm, softens to touch. Reapply as needed.
